The Chivido2024 ceremony is the narrative pertaining to the union of Nigerian recording artiste, Davido and his partner, Chioma Rowland.

On Tuesday, June 25, the celebrity couple officially tied the knot becoming the latest married persons in the country. Expectedly, their union was met with predominantly positive reactions from social media users and elites of the nation.

The singer spoke via music executive Ubi Franklin’s Instagram live session shortly after his wedding.

He, however, did not reveal the reason for his claim.

“E no easy. E no easy to marry Igbo woman. Igbo woman, e no easy,” he stated.

Davido had, during the wedding, assured Chioma’s parents that their daughter would be protected and respected in their union.

The ‘Assurance’ crooner said he promised her “a lifetime assurance.”
