News Round The Clock – also known as NRTC is a one-stop hub for rich and reliable content on Nigeria, the diaspora and news worldwide.
As per Article 10, of the Human Rights Act 1998, “Everyone is entitled to freedom of expression which gives you the right to hold your own opinions and to express them freely without interference.” NRTC talented team of journalists, reporters and content creators are dedicated to bringing you highly informative and entertaining stories daily as well as cover breaking news around the clock.
In a world mostly saturated with fake news nowadays and where censorship is very rife, we are resolute in our resolve to always remain impartial and are committed to ensuring that our platform fact checks news and produce accurate information at all times.
History
Founded in the year 2012 as Nigeria Round the Clock. We began by sharing content on current news emanating from Nigeria mainly to an audience comprising of Nigerians based at home and in the diaspora on social media.
Our social media platforms have been growing steadily ever since and as part of NRTC‘s expansion strategy to reach a wider audience. A rebranding exercise was embarked upon in the year 2020 which led to an official renaming as News Round The Clock and the launch of our new website on the 8th of June 2020.
