Nigerian recording artiste, Ayra Starr has taken her followers down memory lane.

According to the singer-songwriter, she used to sing to her customers while selling fruits and vegetables prior to becoming famous.

Ayra Starr is signed to Don Jazzy’s record label, Mavins Record. Since her debut in 2021, she has become one of the most prominent figures in the Nigerian music industry.

Taking to her Instagram stories, the songstress reflected on her progress thus far.

She wrote, “[I] Will forever be grateful for where I am in life. God really blessed me.

“6 years ago, this used to be me selling vegetables and fruits with my grandma, singing for whoever wanted to hear me. Now people are paying to watch me perform.”
