Chelsea have contacted Portuguese club Sporting CP over a potential double swoop for Ousmane Diomande and Viktor Gyokeres.
According to the Evening Standard, contact has been made between both clubs ahead of the January transfer window.
Chelsea wants to add Diomande to the likes of Levi Colwill, Benoit Badiashile, Axel Disasi, Wesley Fofana and Thiago Silva.

Manager Mauricio Pochettino wants to add to his defensive options with Silva a short term option.
Fofana has also spent more time on the treatment table since he joined the Blues from Leicester City.
Also, Gyokeres is an option to fortify their attacking ranks. Nicolas Jackson is Chelsea’s top marksman and Armanjo Broja hasn’t been a reliable backup.
