As intangible as faith may seem, it is one major key to success that many neglect. Faith precedes perseverance, courage, determination, and hard work.

Without faith in your abilities, you will not see the need to work hard to pursue them. Likewise, if you do not believe in yourself, you will not see the need to persevere when you encounter challenges.
There are varying factors that trigger success. However, when the force of faith is imbibed into our goals, victory is sure.

Faith is a vital tool that beats every doubt that may want to tamper with our dreams. We are not talking about wishful thinking here.
Arguably the greatest sprinter of all time, Usain Bolt said that ”Dreams are free. Goals have a cost. While you can daydream for free, goals don’t come without a price. Time, effort, sacrifice, and sweat. How will you pay for your goals?“
Faith drives vision
- Where do you wish to see yourself in the next five to ten years?
- What plans have you put in place to ensure that your desire turns into a reality?
- Do you believe that your goals are achievable?
- Are you working towards them?
- Have encountered setbacks?
- Are you willing to give up yet?
To that last question, the answer should be a resounding ‘No!’. Faith can get you whatever you desire if you work towards it and stay committed to the cause.
Faith supersedes opinion
Many dreams are left unachieved , because the ‘dreamers’ fell by the wayside because they listened to popular opinion or preachers of doubt.
Details of your dreams and goals are not for everyone. There are people who will blatantly tell you that you are wasting your time. And some will discourage or misguide in a bid to quench the fire of your passion.
Beyond refusing to listen to negative people, you must also work on yourself in order to avoid doubt from setting in. The effect of your faith means that contrary opinions have no place in your plan.
Faith keeps you committed
You work hard to actualize your dreams because you have faith that, a time will come when the results of your commitment become visible.
Having the right mindset concerning your hopes is very important. There will be times when you feel like giving up, especially when the goal is taking longer to achieve than expected.
As difficult as it is to stay committed and keep faith in your abilities, you will see it as mandatory in order to get your desires met. You must continue to push hard until you get tangible results.
Setbacks will mean nothing when you know the worth of your expectations.
It is often said that nothing good comes easy. The Bible even states that ‘Faith without works is dead’. Hence, you have to ‘do the work and walk the walk’ as you watch your dreams become reality.
