Kaka Igbokwe, a former manager of Nigerian music icon Innocent Idibia, popularly known as 2face, has verified reports that the singer was arrested in London after a tense confrontation with his pregnant wife, Natasha Osawaru.
2face had travelled to the United Kingdom with his wife for a concert tour but failed to appear at a scheduled performance on October 2, 2025. His no-show quickly fuelled speculation that he had been detained following a disagreement with Natasha, who is also a member of the Edo State House of Assembly.
Kaka, son of the late legendary musician Christy Essien-Igbokwe, confirmed the events during an Instagram Live session hosted by Daddy Freeze on Tuesday evening. According to him, “everything you heard about the couple’s face-off was true.”

Recounting the incident, Kaka, who was part of the entourage in London and travelled on the same flight, explained that the issue began when Natasha felt neglected after they arrived at the airport. She reportedly became upset when 2face walked off with fans who had escorted him into a shop, leaving her behind.
Realising what had happened, the “African Queen” star rushed back to her, but the situation escalated, resulting in his arrest and handcuffing.
Footage of the arrest, shared by blogger Tosin Silverdam on TikTok on December 1, 2025, has since stirred widespread debate online.
