While many people seek for Viagra and some other products to improve their sexual life, what they are unaware of is the fact that there are some exercises scientifically proven that will boost your sex life. An American exercise physiologist, Peter McCall says that “working out three to four times a week can do a lot to help your sexual technique, flexibility, and endurance,ā.
Below are some exercises that will help build your sexual life.
- Kegels
Named after Arnold Kegel, a physician, it is considered a good sex exercise because it strengthen the muscles in your bodyās pelvic floor, which can lead to better sex.
To do Kegels, start by interrupting the flow of urine when going to the bathroom to get familiar with your PC muscles. After that, you can do Kegels anytime and any place by squeezing the PC muscles.
Hold for 10 seconds, relax, and do as many reps as you can before tiring.
For women, Kegels might strengthen vaginal muscles for a more powerful orgasm and for men, it helps delay ejaculation.

2. Yoga
A research published in the American Journal of Sexual Medicine revealed that yoga helped with premature ejaculation, and was recommended as a safe and effective nonpharmacological option.
Practicing yoga will enable you to have better sex by allowing your body to get into creative positions for maximum pleasure during intercourse.
Yoga poses like the Bow Pose; Peacock pose and Shoulder stand are likely to improve the pelvic muscles.
3. Swimming
Swimming builds endurance, boosts blood flow, improves flexibility and strength, and slashes stress. It also burns some serious calories, a plus for anyone who’s overweight (extra pounds lower libido), especially obese men with erectile dysfunction.
4. Cardio
Walking, running, cycling and other and other aerobic exercise help your sex life by keeping your blood vessels clear, the results which can be stronger and longer erections.
A study also found out that aerobic activity that burns at least 200 calories per day can significantly lower the risks of erectile dysfunction.
5. Push-Up/Sit-up
These muscle-building exercises can help lead to better sex by strengthening the shoulders, chest, and abs.
Strong upper body strength can increase stamina since these muscles are used during intercourse.
