Five suspected internet fraudsters in the Makurdi metropolis, Benue State have been apprehended by the operatives of the state command of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC.
Their arrest followed credible intelligence on their alleged involvement in internet-related offences on Thursday.
The suspects are: Stanley Tochukwu, Desmond Tochukwu, Dennis Emeka, George Ebuka, and Arinze Odo.

Items recovered from the suspects are: phones, a power bank, ATM cards, and some cash.
According to EFCC, the suspects will be charged in court as soon as investigations are concluded.
