Veteran Nollywood actor, Pete Edochie, has said he played a significant role in the success of six Nigerian politicians during the 2023 general elections.
The respected film star disclosed that the politicians had visited his home, presenting him with gifts including a ram and kolanuts while seeking his blessings. According to him, all six candidates went on to win their respective elections after he prayed for them.
Edochie made this known during a recent courtesy visit by popular streamer, Peller, to his residence in Enugu.
“Two years ago, six people that were running for political offices came to my house, they brought me a big ram and Kolanuts, I prayed for them and they all won their elections,” he said.

He also expressed gratitude to God, noting that his prayers are consistently answered.
Edochie said, “each time I make a request from God, he always grants it.”
He added, “All the people I have prayed for have all succeeded in everything I have prayed for them for.”

During the visit, the veteran actor also offered prayers for Peller, wishing him success in his career.
In response, Peller appreciated Edochie for the warm reception and his kind words.
