Governor Lucky Orimisan Aiyedatiwa of Ondo State has approved the immediate dissolution of the management board of the Ondo State Football Agency (ODSFA).
This decision, announced in a statement signed by the Chief Press Secretary to the Governor, Prince Ebenezer Adeniyan, takes immediate effect. The Executive Chairman of the Board, Mr. Dele Ologun, and all other board members have been relieved of their duties.
They have been directed to hand over all government property in their custody to the accounting officer of the agency without delay.
In a related development, the Governor has appointed a caretaker committee to oversee the operations of Sunshine Stars Football Club. The new team will be led by Mr. Tokunbo Akinyelure, who will serve as the Team Manager and Welfare Officer.
