Loukman Ali won the ‘Best Director’ for his great work on the film Brotherhood at the AMVCA.
Ali also won the ‘Best Cinematographer’ category at Africaās most prestigious film awards, held at the Eko Hotel and Suites in Lagos.
The highly creative cinematographer was not in attendance to receive his awards. But Fellow filmmaker and producer, Mathew Nabwiso received the awards on his behalf.

According to the organisers, Ali was crowned for his extraordinary eyes in capturing breathtaking and masterful visual compositions.
The ninth edition of the Africa Magic Viewersā Choice Awards (AMVCA) was held at the Eko Convention Centre, Eko Hotel and Suites, Victoria Island, Lagos and is being aired live on all Africa Magic channels.
