ā€œThe reason I left dance is for my love for money. I want to be very honest. Dance is something that I love. But Iā€™m not sure dance can give me the kind of money I want.

ā€œEven if you want to make it so gangster-like and there are so many people bumping, you still need to use the dancers. So, as they work together, I think for the love of money, Iā€™d rather be singing,ā€ he said.

When asked if he would pursue dancing if it brought significant success, the singer responded: ā€œNo, I would join music and dance together so I will have more money.ā€

The Nigerian recording artiste has released two studio albums. In 2022, Asake released his debut studio album, Mr Money With The Vibes which went on to become one of the most popular music projects for the year.

In 2023, he released his sophomore album, Work of Art. He is signed to Olamide’s record label, Yahoo Boy No Laptop (YBNL)
