Atiku, others celebrate Obi at 61

The Labour Party presidential candidate in the 2023 elections, Peter Obi, marked his 61st birthday today. He was a former Governor of Anambra State, born on July 19, 1961.

Since he declared his intention to run for presidency, he has gotten massive support from well meaning Nigerians. On the occasion of his birthday, Nigerians took to social media to celebrate him with the hashtag, #PeterObiat61.

Wishes

Former vice president and presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party in the 2023 elections, Atiku Abubakar, described Obi as his good friend.

Atiku said, “On behalf of my family, I wish my good friend, presidential candidate of the labour party, and former Governor of Anambra State, His Excellency Peter Obi, a memorable 61st birthday celebration. I wish you many more years in good health and vitality.”


Senior pastor of Omega Fire Ministries, Edo State, Apostle Johnson Suleman, wished Obi sound health and more grace. Suleman posted on Twitter, ā€œHappy birthday 61st @PeterObi Sound health and more grace to you.ā€

On his part, the former Senate president, Dr. Bukola Saraki, also celebrated Obi on his birthday.

Saraki tweeted, ā€œAs he celebrates his 61st birthday today, my family and I wish my friend, the former Governor of Anambra State and Presidential Candidate of the Labour Party, H.E. @PeterObi a happy birthday!ā€

Former governor of Abia State, Orji Uzor Kalu said, ā€œI wish my dear brother and Presidential Candidate of Labour Party, Mr. Peter Obi a very happy birthday.

ā€œYou have exhibited uncommon wisdom, remarkable vision, and exemplary leadership. I wish you peace, good health, and happiness. Congratulations and happy birthday.”

Award winning singer, Peter Okoye aka Mr P said, “Happy birthday Mr Peter Obi. As you celebrate another year, remember how much happiness you bring to everyone around you; most especially we the #Obidients.”
