Just like some foreign-based Nigerian footballers have been accustomed to, Ajibade has visited the country during her vacation.

She decided to gift her former team with football kits and other materials useful for the development of the club.

Ajibade featured for FC Robo between 2013 and 2018 before joining Avaldsnes. The 23-year-old signed for Atlético on 1 January 2021 and has been one of their best players since then.

In a tweet on Sunday, Ajibade acknowledged that FC Robo “paved the way” for her in professional football and has shown gratitude by giving back to the sports institution based in Lagos.

Ajibade confirmed that over 100 players and the staff members of FC Robo will be donned in jerseys and tracksuits by the RASH brand – a sports wear brand she owns.

Meanwhile, Ajibade has been named among the 23 players that will represent Nigeria at the FIFA Women’s World Cup starting in July.
