Ifunanya Excel Grant, a lawyer and social media personality known for sparking controversy, has provided clarification regarding her present professional status.
Ifunanya Excel Grant’s video is a reaction to the petition of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA).
In a video shared on her Facebook profile this past Wednesday, she mentioned that she is not actively practicing as a lawyer at the present time, though she might contemplate returning to practice in the future.
She pointed out that her professional journey primarily revolves around entertainment, such as modeling, acting, and creating rap music.

She emphasized that her online presence reflects a lifestyle intended solely for entertainment purposes, without any intention of undermining the integrity of the legal profession.
Ifunanya said, “I’m not a practising lawyer. I am a lawyer by book, but I am not practising. At least for now. I don’t have any interest to practise law, maybe someday in the future. “At the moment, I am a model, I am an actress, and I am an upcoming musician, a rapper to be precise.”
