BBNaija 10: Sultana reveals why she chose Islam over Christianity

Farida Sultana Auduson Ibrahim, a housemate in the ongoing Big Brother Naija Season 10 show, has explained why she chose to follow Islam despite having ties to both Islam and Christianity from her parents.

The 25-year-old model, known simply as Sultana, said she grew up in a home where both religions were present.

Her father, who is from Adamawa State, is a Muslim, while her mother, from Yala in Cross River State, is a Christian.

During a late-night conversation with another housemate, Sultana shared that she attended both church and mosque as a child.

She also recalled being baptized in the Catholic Church and bearing the name Josephine at the time.

However, she eventually decided to embrace Islam fully because she felt more connected to it.

Sultana is one of the housemates making waves in the 10th season of BBNaija.
