Obi Cubana builds church for community

Billionaire businessman, Obinna Iyeagbu, also known as Obi Cubana, has fulfilled a pledge he made to his community in Oba, Anambra State, to build a church in honour of his late mother a few months ago.

The popular entrepreneur, on Thursday, announced on his Instagram page that work has begun on a massive Anglican Church he is building for his community on the church land in fulfillment of a promise he made four months ago.

In the Instagram post which was accompanied with a video, Obi Cubana said the church was built in memory of his mother whose burial brought him to limelight in 2021.

Posting a throwback video of the day he decided to carry out the project, the businessman wrote:

ā€œOn July 18th, 2021, we made God a promise here in Oba; to have Mamaā€™s sixth month service inside the new church building by December 31st.ā€

Uploading a video of the completed church building, Obi Cubana wrote:

ā€œToday, 30th December 2021, to the Glory of God, here we are Good Shepherd Anglican Church Oba!! Started 15th August 2021!

ā€œ@nendys_intergrated_services our reliable engineers made sure the service will be held in this church tomorrow, 31st December2021!
