President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has said Port Harcourt refinery will start production by December this year after the completion of the ongoing rehabilitation contract between NNPCL and Italian firm, Maire Tecnimont SpA.
President Tinubu disclosed this during a meeting with Labour leaders in Abuja led by NLC President, Comrade Joe Ajaero, and TUC Comrade Festus Usifo.
The Nigerian leader told the Labour leaders on wedges that he would continue working for the best interest of Nigeria.

He pleaded with Union leaders to join hands with him to birth a better and economically buoyant country.
