BREAKING: Tribunal dismisses LP, PDP’s petitions against APC, Sanwo-Olu’s victory

On Monday, the Lagos Governorship Election Petitions Tribunal gave its ruling, dismissing the petitions filed by Gbadebo Rhodes-Vivour and the Labour Party, as well as Olajide Adediran, popularly known as Jandor from the People’s Democratic Party.

These petitions had contested the outcome of the governorship election held on March 18, where Babajide Sanwo-Olu emerged victorious.

Jandor had challenged the results of the March 18 gubernatorial election in Lagos State, specifically contesting the wins of both Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu and Dr. Obafemi Hamzat.

Justice Mikhail Abdullah presided over the judgment and announced the tribunal’s decision regarding the objections raised by the respondents in the case.
