European football governing body, UEFA have nominated Alvaro Morata, Rasmus Højlund, Jude Bellingham and Bruma for the Champions League Player of the Week award.
Following the conclusion of the matchday two matches on Wednesday, these four players are deemed to be the most impressive.
Alvaro Morata
Morata scored twice to help Atlético Madrid record a 3-2 win over Feyenoord on Wednesday.
The former Chelsea and Real Madrid player was also at a top speed of 32.7km/h. His overall performance has helped propel Atléti to the top of Group E with four points.

Rasmus Højlund
The 20-year-old Danish striker could not save his team from embarrassment at the Theatre of Dreams on Tuesday night.
Although Manchester United lost 3-2 to Galatasaray, Højlund stood out as he scored the Red Devils’ two goals.
He now has three goals in two Champions League games this season. The young striker netted in United’s 4-3 loss to Bayern Munich on matchday one.
Bruma
From three attempts at goal, Bruma scored a beautiful worldie for Braga in their incredible comeback victory against Union Berlin.
Union had raced to a 2-0 lead before the Portuguese club responded with three amazing goals. Bruma’s curling shot – Braga’s second of the night – was also nominated for Goal of the Week.
The 28-year-old winger also assisted the third goal, which was scored by Castro.
It was Braga’s first win of the UCL campaign and what a way to earn it. They had lost 2-1 to Victor Osimhen’s Napoli in the first matchday.

Jude Bellingham
Already regarded as the signing of the summer across Europe, Bellingham continues to prove his mettle.
A goal and an assist from the young Englishman helped Real Madrid to a 3-2 away win against Napoli.
