1. VJ Adams
It is almost two weeks from the last African Magic Viewer’s Choice Award (AMVCA) Awards but we can admit we are not over the glitz and glamour.
The media personality looked like a Yoruba king in his green velvet agbada. The stone embroidery on his agbada gave a graphic vibe and one might lose their gaze looking at the illusion. The choice of a dark green color as the background of the gold embroidery was the best decision the designer made in making this outfit. The agbada gives the outfit a silky outlook.

2. Akin Faminu
Akin Faminu is bespoke in his fashion statements. His Instagram page is a fashion island you can get lost in. His choice of fashion accessories with his outfits is one thing that makes his appearance spectacular. Akin rocked a black agbada for the AMVCA cultural night. The black agbada upped his game with the gold graffiti all over. He called the ‘igi iye’, that is, the tree of life on his Instagram page.
Using black accessories instead of naturally picking gold ones which would have been too flashy for the outfit was a great choice.

3. Marvin Achi
The ex-BBN housemate attended the AMVCA Cultural Night in this full royal regalia. The choice of navy blue and dark green is a tricky choice that Marvin slayed perfectly. It feels like this is the era of velvet agbada and the dynamics of it are thrilling. The blue embroidery alongside the stoning of the chest area of the agbada area makes it more noticeable. The blue pattern feels ethereal with the long shining beads as adornment.

4. Adedimeji Lateef
This outfit on the contrary was Adedimeji’s outfit for the AMVCA Awards Night. Everything about this look is admirable. Styling a patterned agbada on a plain black overall shirt and trousers was an excellent choice. I do not know what material the agbada is made from but it looks like damask with a flashy and silky outlook. The Nollywood star has just dropped a style inspo for incoming grooms.
