A Chief Magistrate Court in Abuja has ordered rapper Tochukwu Ojogwu, known professionally as Odumodublvck, to appear before it over an allegation of criminal intimidation against Olayinka Onobun, the head of A&R at Chocolate City Music.

The summons, dated November 3, 2025, was issued by Chief Magistrate Farida Ibrahim, directing the rapper to appear on November 6 to respond to the complaint filed against him.

The case originated from a petition filed by Onobun’s lawyer, Pelumi Olajengbesi, who accused the rapper of using social media posts to threaten and instill fear in his client.

The petition requested the court to initiate criminal proceedings in line with Sections 396 and 397 of the Penal Code Act of the Federal Capital Territory.

In his recent post, Odumodublvck admitted that the past weeks had been challenging, saying he and his friends had been unfairly portrayed.

He also stated that a personal matter had been distorted online.

Odumodublvck, signed under Native Records and Def Jam, is popular for hit songs such as Declan Rice and Blood on the Dance Floor.
