Award-winning singer, David Adeleke popularly known as Davido has updated his marital status on Wikipedia– a free, open content online encyclopedia.
A check on the singer’s Wikipedia page by NRTC shows Chioma Avril Rowland as his spouse.
Reports have it that the singer finalised his traditional marriage rites with the mother of his late son, Ifeanyi Adeleke this year.

According to the reports, Davido paid Nigerian chef bride price (Umunna) in full at Owerre Nkworji Ezeala, Odu village, Nkwerre local government area in Imo state.
Recall that NRTC reported that the traditional wedding was first held in November last year at his father’s place in Lagos to console Chioma as well as assure her of place with him.
The Umunna rites were not performed in Lagos as the families were still mourning Ifeanyi who died on 31st of October, 2022.

The 3-year-old boy was reported drowned in a swimming pool at his father’s residence in Lekki, Lagos State.
The singer who was first spotted at his uncle, Senator Ademola Adeleke inuaguration as Osun State Governor after his son death performed at the closing ceremony of the 2022 World Cup won by Argentina in Qatar.
