D’banj acknowledges Don Jazzy for his contribution, says his ‘musical journey wouldn’t be complete without him’

Nigerian recording artiste, Oladapo Daniel Oyebanjo who is better known as D’Banj is celebrating two decades on stage. The singer-songwriter who gained mainstream popularity in 2004 has mentioned that he wouldn’t have found success without record executive and music producer, Don Jazzy.

According to the self-acclaimed Koko Master, Don Jazzy played a massive role in his career.

He disclosed this on Tuesday while sharing a clip from his courtesy visit to Don Jazzy to hand him the invitation card of his 20 years in music industry anniversary dinner.

He stated that the moment, which was filled with nostalgia, reminded him of the milestones they had achieved together.

Sharing the video via his X handle, the renowned singer-songwriter captioned it; “My 20 year journey cannot be complete without It’s @DONJAZZY again! Giving him the invite to my anniversary dinner was a moment filled with nostalgia. As we both celebrate 20 years in the industry, I’m reminded of the countless memories and milestones we’ve shared together. Here’s to two decades of brotherhood, entertainment, and unwavering support. Love you always, Brother! OooSHeeeee.”
