Don Jazzy: I can’t marry troublemaker

Veteran Nigerian music producer, Michael Collins Ajereh, popularly known as Don Jazzy,  has revealed that he can not marry a troublemaker as a wife. 

The founder and the CEO of Mavin Records said he cherishes women who are calm and understanding. 

He stated this in an interview with Honest Bunch Podcast with the title “Marriage: A poverty alleviation scheme” which he shared on Tuesday via his Instagram account.

When asked by the host what would make him stay with a lady long enough to marry her, he declared that he does not want a troublemaker, who would pick a fight all the time.

He said, “I don’t want a troublemaker. There are some people that will say that they don’t want to fight. It is inside that fight that you say what you cannot take back.”

Don jazzy in the video added that he can not stay with one lady unless the butterfly hit him [fall in love with the lady].

The 40-year-old last year revealed that he was married to UK-based model and writer, Michelle Jackson, almost 18 years ago.

He said the marriage didn’t work out because he made music a priority instead of his family.

He said they parted ways when he was 22, saying he was still very much in love with his music.
