FG Unveils 10 Firefighting Trucks Worth Over N12bn

The Federal Government (FG), has inaugurated 10 firefighting trucks worth over N12billion.

The Minister of Aviation, Hadi Sirika, revealed this via his Twitter page on Sunday.

Sirika added that safety has been President Muhammadu Buhari’s focus in Aviation since 2015, saying FAAN has not bought new trucks in 15 years.

Sharing a video of himself in one of the trucks, Sirika wrote, “Just commissioned 10 firefighting trucks, total cost of over 12bn Naira. More to come in due course.

“Safety has been the Buhari focus in Aviation, since 2015. Hitherto FAAN has not bought new trucks in 15 years.”
