The Federal Government has approved uniform prices for housing units under the Renewed Hope Estate Programme across all states.

The announcement was made by Badamasi Haiba, Director of Press and Public Relations at the Ministry of Housing and Urban Development, on October 23, 2025.

The units include one-, two-, and three-bedroom semi-detached bungalows. Prices are fixed at N8.5 million for one-bedroom, N11.5 million for two-bedroom, and N12.5 million for three-bedroom homes.

Haiba said the pricing structure aims to ensure affordability, transparency, and fairness for Nigerians nationwide.

“The adoption of uniform selling prices aims to promote affordability, transparency, and fairness,” he stated.
