FIFA Ranking: Nigeria drop by one spot

Super Eagles

The Super Eagles of Nigeria dropped by one point from 30 to 31 in the latest Fifa global ranking and are 4th in Africa. Meaning that their great start to the Afcon qualifiers has failed to boost their status.

The Super Eagles dropped a step down to make room for Tunisia, as the Carthage Eagles are now 30th in the world and third on the continent. Cameroonā€™s Indomitable Lions complete the top five ranking teams in Africa.

Brazil is the number one ranked team by FIFA in the world; followed by Belgium, Argentina, France, England, Spain, Italy, Netherlands, Portugal and Denmark completes the top ten.
