Reality TV star, Phyna has advised Big Brother Naija Season 10 winner, Imisi to stay focused while dealing with her family problems.
She shared her message on Monday on her X page, using her own life story to guide her colleague through a difficult moment.
Phyna explained that she grew up feeling distant from her family and often felt unseen as a child.
She recalled how the long years of unresolved tension pushed her to drop her family surname, Otabor, because she no longer felt connected to her roots.
Her father had earlier expressed hurt over their strained bond, while Phyna said her upbringing forced her to become strong and independent from a young age.

Drawing from these experiences, she told Imisi not to approach her situation the same way she did.
She said family issues can drain anyone, but they can also shape a person’s inner strength when handled with patience.
She urged Imisi to protect her peace, stay steady, and avoid letting the situation break her spirit.
She wrote: “To Imisi, @imisiofficial and to anyone walking through the same fire… I’m praying for your strength. My own experience broke me, but I’m slowly rising. And I’m rooting for you with everything in me, don’t handle it like I did, build strong and focus on you baby girl.”
