Lagos State Governor, Babajide Sanwo-Olu, has congratulated Femi Gbajabiamila on his new appointment as Chief of Staff to President Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
Sanwo-Olu via his Facebook page said he was certain Gbajabiamila would lead his offices with integrity and efficiency.
He said Gbajabiamila’s leadership as Speaker of the House of Representatives had been remarkable — he would definitely excel in the new role.
He wrote: “Congratulations to my brother and friend @femigbaja on your appointment as Chief of Staff by H.E President @officialABAT.
“Your leadership as Speaker of the House of Reps has been remarkable, and I do not doubt that you’ll excel in this new role. I wish you success in driving progress for our nation.
“Congratulations also to Senator Ibrahim Hassan Hadejia and George Akume on becoming Deputy Chief of Staff and SGF respectively. I’m certain you’ll lead your offices with integrity and efficiency.”
