Osun State Governor, Ademola Adeleke, has announced that the state is open for investments across key sectors such as agriculture, mining, the digital economy, tourism, and the entertainment industry.Ā
He made this statement on Tuesday while addressing Osun State indigenes in Abuja during a special ‘Ipade Imole’ gathering, organized by the Ministry of Federal Affairs.
Governor Adeleke expressed deep gratitude for the unwavering support from the people at the start of his administration, and for the commendation of his performance from leaders present at the event.
He noted that the trust and confidence placed in his five-point agenda have fueled efforts to reposition Osun State for growth and development.
Highlighting the state’s progress, he emphasized that Osun is undergoing a significant transformation, shifting from a primarily civil service-oriented state to an emerging industrial hub that is open to investors from around the world.

Tasking the Osun diaspora to become investment agents for the state, the governor reaffirmed his determination to extend the dividend of democracy to Osun in the diaspora to the wide applause of the audience.
“As a token of our appreciation, we shall be presenting cooperative loan cheques to registered Osun associations that are resident here in Abuja. This gesture mirrors the benefits that our cooperative societies have received back in Osun Stateā said the governor.
He encouraged the citizens of the state o consistently demonstrate exemplary conduct wherever they reside and to actively promote the abundant investment opportunities that the state offers.
“It will also be pleasant to let your friends, associates and networks know that Osun is open for business. Our state boasts of vast potentials and we welcome partnerships that foster growth and development”, the Governor said.
