Tottenham captain Heung-Min Son has been awarded the Premier League’s Player of the Month of September.
The South Korea international scored six goals in four league games in September to help Spurs continue their unbeaten start to the season.
During the month in review, Son helped his club achieve victories over Burnley, Sheffield United and Liverpool. Spurs also drew 2-2 with Arsenal.

Son scored a hat-trick against Burnley and a double at the north London derby against the Gunners. He also scored in Tottenham’s 2-1 win against Jurgen Klopp’s team.
The 31-year-old claims his fourth Premier League’s Player of the Month award for the fourth time in his career. This is his first since he won the October, 2020 edition. That takes him past Gareth Bale and move three behind club legend Harry Kane’s seven.
