Peter Obi applauds chef Hilda Baci on a mission to break Guinness World Record


The presidential candidate of the Labour Party, Peter Obi, has applauded the determination and focus of chef Hilda Baci who is on a mission to break the Guinness World Record for the ‘longest cooking time’.

Obi via his Twitter handle on Sunday drummed support for the chef for inspiring many Nigerian youths to live their dreams through hard work and dedication.

Sharing Hilda picture, he wishes her well on the noble journey to pen her name in the golden book of history.

Obi tweeted, “The efforts being made by Hilda Effiong Bassey (Hilda Baci) to beat the current Guinness World Record for cooking for 4 days nonstop shows the true Nigerian spirit of hard work and resilience.

“I applaud her determination and focus on the goal, which is inspiring many Nigerian youths to live their dreams through hard work and dedication.

“I wish her well on this noble journey to pen her name in the golden book of history. -PO”

Hilda is on a mission to cook multiple dishes for hours to get recognition from the Guinness World Records – currently getting massive support since she started her cooking project “Cook-a-thon”.

At the time of filing this report, chef Hilda is seeking to break Guinness World Record for cooking held by an Indian chef Lata Tandon, who for 87 hours and 45 minutes non-stop in 2019.
