Afrobeats sensation, David Adeleke, professionally known as Davido, has stated that he is not aware of the identity of Phyna, the winner of season 7 of the Big Brother Naija TV reality show.
Davido, who previously endorsed a tweet criticising the reality TV star, later apologised, citing it as an inadvertent error.
Davido favorited a post on X (previously known as Twitter) by 47kasz, which described Phyna’s followers as useless.

In response to the tweet, Phyna tweeted, “Wetin I do, #davido na wah oh. The hate is real. Congratulations on your twins sha.”
Davido, replying to Phyna’s tweet, expressed, “Thank you, love, but I actually donāt know who you are, and it was an honest mistake, no vex.”
The BBNaija star later responded, stating, “God knows me. Thank you, Jesus. Make I sha go double my hustle.”
Phyna won the BBNaija TV show on 2nd of October 2022 making her the second female to emerged winner three years after Mercy Eke.
