The mother of Nollywood actress Eve Esin has offered some piece of advice to her daughter during her wedding in Uyo, Akwa Ibom State.
The ceremony, which included traditional rituals, became memorable when her mother spoke directly to Eve about the importance of faith and family in married life.
She reminded Eve of her humble and royal background, urging her to focus on her new role as a wife.
She encouraged Eve to treat her husband, Suleiman, as a partner, friend, and confidant, and to put her marriage above public attention or celebrity life.

Her words stressed that Eve should centre her household on God and avoid distractions that could come from fame or social media.
She said: “Please, I am begging you as your mother that you take Suleiman as your husband, love, friend and confidant. He should be your gossip partner. I know you’re a celebrity, but you come from a humble family, a royal family, you’re a princess.
“As you go to Ghana with him, be the wife you’re supposed to be. God will bless you and your home. The most important thing is to make Jesus Christ the head of your family. Leave celebrity; I don’t want to see you on any platform on the internet.”
The wedding attracted many Nollywood stars, including Rita Dominic, Patience Ozokwo, Luchy Donalds, Jane Obi, Adaeze Luke, and Queeneth Hilbert.
Eve had shared pre-wedding photos on Instagram but largely kept her partner’s identity private until the ceremony.
