The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) has provided an official template to guide candidates through the 2025 UTME registration process.
This free template is designed to help candidates prepare accurately before visiting an accredited JAMB registration centre. Do not pay for this document, and it is not to be submitted to the registration centre.
With registration set to begin soon, this template outlines all the necessary details required at JAMB CBT centres. Candidates are encouraged to download and print the form to complete it at their convenience. To save costs, the form can be printed in black and white at any cybercafe for a small fee.

By filling out this template in advance, candidates can carefully consider their choices and avoid common errors during the actual registration process. If needed, you can seek guidance from your parents, guardians, teachers, mentors, or older siblings to ensure the form is filled out correctly.
Remember, this template is only a preparatory document to assist you in completing the official online registration form at accredited CBT centres. It is not a substitute for the actual registration process.
The registration window will remain open for six weeks, giving candidates ample time to review and accurately complete the template before heading to the registration centres.
