The Joint Admission and Matriculation Board JAMB has disclosed that so far about 141, 018 candidates have been registered in the ongoing 2024 UTME registration.
This was contained in the weekly bulletin released by the board.
Prospective candidates are also encouraged to note that the registration deadline remains February 26th, 2024.

However, JAMB has warned parents and guardians to stay away from its various registration centres as well as avoid any act capable of jeopardising the registration exercise.
The warning came following a woman who was caught at one of the Board’s Professional Registration Centre(PRC), while attempting to procure a registration e-PIN for her brother, an act that is contrary to the rules stipulated by JAMB.
The Board views such act as a gross violation of the ethics of the registration exercise as it was capable of compromising the integrity of the process.
“The Board for the umpteenth time wishes to reiterate that guardians and parents are prohibited from coming to the venues of registration and examination centres, hence, it would not hesitate to sanction any individual or groups that act contrarily.” The statement reads.
