President Bola Tinubu has enacted the minimum wage bill into law.
He signed the legislation at the State House in Abuja on Monday, shortly after the National Assembly passed the N70,000 per month minimum wage bill.
The signing concluded months of discussions and negotiations among government authorities, labor unions, and the private sector.

A delegation from the National Assembly, led by Senate President Godswill Akpabio and including several House of Representatives members, was present to witness the event.
