Karen Igho: Big Brother Africa winner bemoans marital woes, accuses estranged husband of abuse

In 2011, Karen Igho, a 27-year-old Nigerian woman won the reality show, Big Brother Africa. Following her success, she became one of the most popular women in the entertainment industry before she walked down the aisle with Yaroslav Rakos in 2014.

The Nigerian reality star has taken to her social media account to disclose that life hasn’t been the scintillating as most of her supporters would have thought; taking to social media, Karen disclosed that her partner has been physically and sexually molesting her.

While calling on the general public to hold her husband responsible should any harm befall her, the reality star accused Rakos of various abuse.

She added that he is attempting to take custody of their two children by falsely claiming she was mentally unstable.

ā€œI am going through a divorce with my husband, I have been homeless for a year now and I have been sexually and physically hurt.

ā€œSo if anything happens to me, hold the man who brought me to a country where I know no one, he is trying to take our children away by saying Iā€™m mentally sick.

ā€œIā€™m not sick mentally and I donā€™t do drugs. In case you donā€™t hear from me again know that I have been killed.ā€
