Kwara State is preparing to host the 3 Million Technical Talents (3MTT) Cohort 2 Graduation and Hackathon on Saturday at the Kwara State Library Complex Hall in Ilorin.
The event will celebrate the graduation of the second cohort of talented individuals who have completed an intensive training programme aimed at developing technical skills in areas such as coding, data science, and digital technology.
The 3MTT initiative is a national programme supported by the Federal Ministry of Communications, Innovation, and Digital Economy, with Kwara State taking an active role in promoting the initiative.
Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq has championed the programmeās success, which is part of his broader effort to boost digital innovation and transform Kwara into a hub for technology and innovation.
During the event, the 3MTT fellows will present their innovative solutions to real-world problems in a Hackathon format, showcasing their readiness to contribute to the digital economy.
Governor AbdulRazaq expressed his strong support for the programme, emphasising its role in building a pool of tech-savvy talent that will drive the stateās future growth.

The event will also provide an opportunity for local tech entrepreneurs, industry leaders, and policymakers to come together and discuss the future of digital innovation in Kwara State.
