Libyan outfit Al Hilal signs red-hot Nigerian striker Robert Mizo


Libyan club Al Hilal has signed Nigerian forward Robert Mizo from the Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL) side Bayelsa United. 

The in-form striker penned a three-and-a-half-year deal and is set to continue his football journey at the North African country.

Mizo joins Al Hilal after a stellar spell with Bayelsa United this season. He scored 10 goals in the NPFL before his move – second only to Remo Stars’ Sikiru Alimi who has 11.

During the last campaign, Mizo played a crucial role in helping Bayelsa United avoid relegation.

Mizo was also second top scorer in the NPFL last season behind Enyimba’s Emeka Obioma.
