Reigning Africa Footballer of the Year Ademola Lookman has shared his excitement and confidence ahead of Nigeria’s crucial 2026 World Cup qualifier against Rwanda on Friday in Kigali.

Lookman confident ahead of World Cup qualifier
Looking ahead to the Rwanda match, the Atalanta forward emphasised the team’s determination to work hard and impose themselves on the game.
He acknowledged Rwanda as a strong opponent but expressed confidence in Nigeria’s preparation and quality. He stated the importance of teamwork and unity, noting that every player shares the common objective of securing victory.
