Gospel singer Dunsin Oyekan has expressed deep concern over the rising cases of violence across Nigeria.
His reaction followed a recent attack on a branch of the Christ Apostolic Church in Kwara State on Tuesday evening, where three worshippers were killed and several others, including the pastor, were abducted by gunmen.
The incident came shortly after suspected Boko Haram members reportedly killed eight people in Bama Local Government Area of Borno State on Monday night.

In his social media post, Oyekan described the situation as cruel and questioned how the country is being secured.
He called on God to deal with those behind the attacks, stating that the killings have become unbearable.
He also expressed frustration over the government’s handling of the ongoing insecurity.
The gospel minister urged for divine intervention as communities continue to suffer from repeated acts of violence.
He wrote: “May the Lord judge the enemies of this nation once and for all in this season. These killings are too much, senseless, and cruel! Psalm 82’1-8 is my prayer in this season. And we have a government abi?????”
