Nigerian singer, Azeez Fashola, known as Naira Marley, and Lagos socialite, Balogun Eletu, known as Sam Larry have been granted bail by a Magistrate’s Court sitting in Yaba, Lagos State.
The court, on Monday, approved their release on bail for the sum of N20m, with three sureties who will be held responsible.
Recall that on October 6, Marlian Record Label boss, Sam Larry, and two others faced arraignment and subsequent remanded due to their suspected involvement in the controversies surrounding the passing of rapper Ilerioluwa Aloba, popularly known as Mohbad.

Magistrate Adeola Olatunbosun directed the defendants to surrender their passports and mandated weekly reporting to the State Criminal Investigation Department, Panti.
According to the magistrate, direct communication with her regarding the case is prohibited, and any such attempts will be documented and may be revealed during public court proceedings.
