TV host Morayo Afolabi-Brown has voiced her disappointment over 2Baba’s split from Annie Idibia and his new romance with Edo lawmaker Natasha Osawaru.
Speaking on Your View, Brown questioned why the singer stayed with Annie for so long if he had fallen out of love, insisting that he owes the public an explanation.
“I don’t think 2Baba should go scot-free for what he has done and how he has damaged this young woman. I feel that he has led her on,” she said.

Brown also suggested that societal pressure might have played a role in 2Baba’s decision to remain with Annie for years before moving on so suddenly.
“He needs to tell us because the society was there when they were getting married. At what point did you say you are no more with Annie, at what point did you feel you can desert Annie? What audacity do you have to say you have fallen out of love with her?”
Brown’s comments came after 2Baba confirmed romance with Natasha and proposed marriage, sparking widespread debate and criticism.
