2021 champions the Milwaukee Bucks have signed seven-time All-Star guard Damian Lillard from the Portland Trail Blazers.
The deal is part of a three-team trade that also includes the Phoenix Suns. As part of the deal, the Bucks have traded guard Jrue Holiday and a 2029 first-round draft pick to the Trail Blazers.
Also, the deal sees Grayson Allen team up with the Suns. Meanwhile, Portland has gotten the rights to swap first-round draft picks with Milwaukee in 2028 and 2030.

Lillard is a seven-time All-NBA selection and member of the NBA 75th Anniversary Team. Before joining the Trail Blazers, the 33-year-old had spent his entire NBA career with the Trail Blazers.
For Portland, Lillard appeared 769 times (all starts) in the last 11 seasons while averaging 25.2 points and 6.7 assists. He also claimed 4.2 rebounds, with the stated figures happening in 36.3 minutes per game.
The star player averaged over 25.0 points per game in seven of his 11 seasons with the Trail Blazers. This includes two seasons averaging over 30.0 points a game.
He is also the franchiseās all-time leading scorer, scoring 19,376 points and number 59 all-time in NBA history. Lillard has also given 5,151 assists in his career – ranked 67th all-time.
