Nigerians on social media have applauded the efforts of music executives, Don Jazzy and Olamide in discovering innovative musicians.
Social media users could not help but applaud the efforts of Don Jazzy after he unveiled a new singer, Bayanni as a new addition to his star-studded record label, Mavins records.
In a post shared on his various social media accounts, Don Jazzy revealed that Bayanni is now a member of the Mavins records family, joining other notable superstars such as Rema, Ayra Starr, Magixx, Crayon and Boy Spyce.
Making the announcement on social media, Don Jazzy employed the services of skit makers, Brain Jotter and award winning comedian, Mr Funny aka Sabinus to unveil the new signee with a comedy skit.
Don Jazzy wrote on Instagram on Tuesday night;
“It’s that time again when we bring to you another young talent from the Mavin Academy. Meet BAYANNI. He has gone through a series of defining moments and is ready to be unveiled to the world.”

The announcement fascinated netizens who were quick to laud the former co-founder of the now defunct record label, Mo’Hits for his contribution in the entertainment industry.
While Nigerians dolphed their hats for Don Jazzy for always unveiling fresh talents, they also took time to laud Yahoo Boy No Laptop (YBNL) founder and musician, Olamide. They stated that Olamide has equally helped upcoming musicians to find their feets in the entertainment sector.
Specifically, Olamide’s newest signee, Asake is one of the bestselling musicians across the country in recent times. He has numerous hit singles on the music charts and on music streaming platforms.
Olamide is also credited for discovering talented superstars such as Fireboy, Adekunle Gold and Lil Kesh.
