Popular Nigerian streamer Carter Efe has alleged that the widely discussed wedding ceremony involving TikTok personalities Peller and Jarvis was created as content rather than a genuine marriage.
He made the claim during a livestream while reacting to conversations surrounding the event, which attracted significant attention on social media.
According to Carter Efe, he was not invited to the ceremony because, in his opinion, it was never intended to be a real wedding but a piece of entertainment content.
“They do content, they say na wedding. Yes, na content now. You no know? No be real marriage. Na why dem no invite me,” Carter Efe said

He maintained that his exclusion from the event was intentional because those behind it were focused on producing online content instead of holding a traditional marriage ceremony.

The conversation later turned to speculation that the couple could eventually announce a pregnancy as part of their content strategy. One of the co-hosts suggested such a development might also be used to engage their audience.
“In the next nine months, we go start to dey hear say Jarvis don get belle. So, that one too na content. It’s just content. The belle too, na just content,” the co-host said.
Carter Efe, however, declined to join the speculation, urging caution over comments about Jarvis’ pregnancy.
“But leave that woman belle, o,” he said.
The co-host quickly withdrew the statement, saying, “Okay, na true. Make we no dey talk, allegedly, allegedly. Thank God say I remember. Ah, allegedly. Thank God.”
As of the time this report was filed, neither Peller nor Jarvis had responded publicly to Carter Efe’s claims about the authenticity of their wedding ceremony.
