Perspicacious

(/pur-spi-KAY-shuhs/)

Perspicacious is an adjective used to describe a person who has keen insight, deep understanding, and the ability to quickly notice or understand things that are not obvious to others. For example, you might describe a student who easily grasps complex ideas and sees connections between topics as perspicacious, or say a leader is perspicacious if they can anticipate problems and make wise decisions before challenges arise. The word is commonly used to highlight sharp insight, mental alertness, and deep understanding.
