NYSC 2025 batch ‘C’ orientation slated to begin November 19th

The National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) has announced the commencement date for the 2025 Batch ‘C’ Orientation Course.

The orientation is scheduled to begin on November 19, 2025.

The orientation exercise will be held simultaneously at all NYSC Orientation Camps nationwide, marking the official start of service year activities for the new cohort of Prospective Corps Members.

The scheme released a detailed timeline for the course, highlighting key dates that all incoming Corps Members must note.

Corps Members are advised to report to their camps promptly for registration, which is scheduled to begin on Wednesday, 19 November and will close at midnight on Friday, 21 November 2025.

The formal swearing-in ceremony for Batch ‘C’ Corps Members will also take place on Friday, 21 November 2025The three-week orientation exercise will officially conclude with the closing ceremony on Tuesday, 9 December 2025.

In a statement released by Caroline Embu, the Director of Information and Public Relations, the Director-General of the NYSC, Brigadier General Olakunle Nafiu, extended his best wishes for safe travels to all Prospective Corps Members journeying to their respective camps.

Nafiu advised the young graduates to avoid embarking on night journeys as they travel to their various Orientation Camps, stressing the importance of prioritising their personal safety.
